Challenge
An aging LV/MV switchgear installation was causing repeated unplanned outages on a producing mining operation, with each hour of downtime carrying significant cost.
Approach
LuderiX developed a phased replacement plan aligned to the client's maintenance windows, with pre-fabricated panels commissioned off-site to minimise on-site tie-in time.
Outcome
Full upgrade completed within the planned outage windows, zero safety incidents, and a documented drop in electrical-related unplanned downtime post-commissioning.
